A Time Of Releasing

Letting Go

I am learning to let go, to no longer hold on to what I have no control over anyways. I’ve spent majority of my life trying to control the outcome, feeling obligated, being the fixer of others issues, trying to fit in and doing what makes everyone else happy. Well, I am here to tell you that person was put to rest the end of 2019. She had a slow, hurtful but much necessary death. Her name was EGO. I let her go and despite she has been put to rest, she tries often to resurrect herself but through the conscious mind I shut her off sub-consciously. I am not seeking anymore to be the unique or different one of this earth but I am learning that everything is a reflection of self. We all exist amongst each other in our uniqueness but we are all the same. When we can see pass all the conditioning this is when we know we are all ONE CREATION.  

Releasing

The layer of conditioning I am stripping away isn’t easy but for me it must go because it is the very reason I have been stuck in the same realm of life through blockages and restraint. The key for me is to re-program my mind to release what has lived deeply within me since my childhood. In order for my life to be like a flower, I must first pull the dead root that is keeping it from growing.

Seeing In A New Eye

This 2020 year for me is about beauty. Seeing life in another eye that has been clouded for most of my life. It truly is starting to feel good as eye go through the process of clearing the sub-conscious mind of conditioning. I am in a better place as eye have been letting go of what no longer serves me and re-programming my subconscious mind. This has been a major time for me in my next phase of healing. But you bets believe it is being embraced with my everything and a good feeling. 2020 for me is a time of renewal in every aspect of my life and seeing from a new lens (authenticity). If you are seeking to adjoin me on the quest come one. I will admit it isn’t an easy transition but when you start to see the outcome you will not want it any other way.
